CAREERS @ PAPRIKA
Talent Management Philosophy
At Paprika we don’t just employ people on jobs, we empower them with careers. There is a strong focus on learning and building a holistic career for all employees. We encourage intra and cross-functional moves, continuous learning and organizational building through tested talent. This helps us partner together in organizational growth and add greater value to your career.
Interview Philosophy
An interview at Paprika Media is more than just assessing capabilities. We look to discover the hidden potential and map out the possibilities for the candidates if they were hired by us. There is a great amount of rigour in our process with case-based tests, skill-based tests and interviews at the core of it. Each role has its specifications and deliverables worked out which ensures that the candidates we hire aren’t just employed with us, they thrive and grow with us.
An independent and integrity driven organization like Paprika relies only on data and performance to assess and promote talent. While skill-based jobs are assessed on tests for that purpose, management functions are assessed through multiple rounds of interviews ascertaining the ability of the candidate to scale up to the challenge of the job once hired.
Selection Process
The process comprises two major elements: Testing and Interviewing. While testing checks for specific hard skills crucial to the job profile, interviewing looks to capture information on the soft skills, behavioural temperament and value system of the candidate.
Most functions of editorial and production have a concentration on testing and most functions of business and support gravitate towards interviewing as assessment tools for the purpose of selection.
